It was my first time ever at Sterling McCall Acura Sugarland and I won't forget the experience for a long time. Broderick Edwards was an all in one service agent. He is so great at his chosen profession. He gave me a warm welcome, gave me the advice I needed on the go and made me so comfortable. His customer service relation is a top notch. He helped me all the way till my vehicle was ready for the pick up! I will recommend him and his office over and over again!

Service Agent ( Andy G ) met me at drive-in area. We discussed tasks at hand- he was very polite, encouraging. Andy kept me updated about car status. He also offered an honest opinion about rear tires-:) Andy is good!

Took my car in for some work and was told it would take a couple days to complete. I mentioned that I was planning on going out of town the next day. They were so nice and accommodating by giving me a loaner car so that I didn't have to cancel my trip! When I got back a couple days later, Justin had my car finished (and in excellent condition), went over everything that he did to it and walked me to the cashier. It couldn't have been easier!
